Dan Cooper – Director of Technology and Operations Dan has led the design and development of Instant Video Presenter and is responsible for the management of all financial decisions and business operations for the Company. An entrepreneur with extensive video production experience, Dan started his career as a news cameraman for an ABC-TV affiliate and has worked on a variety of projects including industrial videos and multimedia, Fox SportsNet promos, Nelly music videos, and independent movies. He is the founder of DCPVideo. Dan's software experience include efforts at GlobalStreams, a multimedia hardware/software company, and Horizon Healthcare Technologies. Dan has a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Television and Radio from the University of Missouri–Columbia. |

Paul Russell/Partner As an international consultant, speaker, and trainer, Paul Russell has spent the last 25 years helping Pepsi-Cola overtake Coca-Cola, helping beer wholesalers increase their market share, and has advised organizations such as MasterCard International, UBS, Dolly Madison Bakeries, Macklanburg-Duncan, Home Center Industry Conference, Montana Lottery, Pennzoil, and Buffalo Rock Pepsi. An informative and engaging presenter—both live and on video—Paul has extensive media experience having done humor segments on the nationally syndicated television program PM Magazine along with hundreds of satellite training broadcasts. He has appeared on training videos for Sprint, Marion Merrell Dow, Payless Cashways, National Academy of Family Physicians, Eagle Claw Fishing & Tackle, Pepsi-Cola, and Guy’s Foods. Paul is a line manager at heart, and speaks a language that sales reps, supervisors, and managers understand. He has supervised at an auto assembly plan, a printing plant, and later helped lead a large sales force. |

Ken Cooper/Partner Ken brings an extensive background in training and distance learning technology to Instant Video Presenter. He is experienced in media presentations and learning, having done satellite training broadcasts, and he has given over 200 radio and television interviews. Ken Cooper is an internationally recognized trainer, and is author of The Relational Enterprise (AMACOM 2002) and Effective Competency Modeling and Reporting (AMACOM 2000). In his nearly 30 years of consulting, he has spoken to over 2,000 audiences on topics of leadership, process improvement, and retailer satisfaction. Ken’s clients have included organizations such as Anheuser-Busch, Buffalo Rock Pepsi, Monsanto, PeopleSoft, Maritz, American Institute of Banking, Apple, and IBM, and he has served on the board of directors of an international shoe manufacturer and retailer. |
