Returns/Replacement Policy:

Here at ej4, our goal is to provide our customers with 100% complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of the date of your purchase for a refund. There will be no refunds for shipping costs. The returned product must be in good condition and damage-free. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on any opened non-defective products. If you are exchanging product, we will waive the restocking fee. We recommend inspecting your items thoroughly upon receipt. If an item is defective, you must notify us within three days of receipt. We will then issue a return tag for the item and send a replacement at no charge to you. To return an item, you must call (877) 682-9964 or email us at sales@instantvideopresenter.com and obtain a return merchandise authorization number. Items must be returned in all original packaging and containers. We will not issue a refund for items not returned in their original packaging or items that are used and damaged by a customer. All items should be returned with a tracking number, as ej4 is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Light bulbs are not covered by any warranty. If you receive a bulb that is broken, you must notify us within three days of receipt, and a replacement will be sent to you. We will not replace any broken or defective bulbs after three days.
